Refund and Return Policy

Dear GlowSci Babes, At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges on orders. Our strict quality and safety protocols prevent us from reselling any products that have left our warehouse. However, if you encounter any issues with your product, please contact Customer Support at hello@myglowsci.com for prompt assistance. If your sunless tanner does not meet your expectations after using two full bottles, you may request a refund for one bottle or a complimentary replacement within 60 days of purchase. Simply email hello@myglowsci.com to initiate the process. Once your refund request is approved, the full amount, excluding shipping charges, will be credited back to your card within 30 days. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please email us within 72 hours of receipt, and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for products marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as non-received by the recipient. Additionally, we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Thank you for your understanding and support <3
